This device saved my life! I was snoring so loudly that my husband wore earplugs for years. I woke up all night long with the driest mouth most likely because my airway was cut off by my tongue falling back into my throat. As I reached my mid-40's, I began noticing that, even though I seemed to be sleeping well, I wasn't feeling rested at all in the mornings.  I began to suspect that snoring was a factor and decided to try an anti-snoring device.  I initially tried several mouth-positioning devices, but they left my jaw sore and had actually started shifting my lower teeth forward as my jaw continually tried to pull back to its normal position. Hi John.  I finally got some time to give you my testimonial as I have been so busy after getting back from vacation.  Feel free to edit or tweak it if need be.

My wife has been politely bugging me about my snoring for many years. I have tried many different devices over the  past several years but they have been both ineffective and uncomfortable.  The last thing I wanted to do was to get one of those CPAP machines so I just slept in the other bedroom. Then a friend told me about the Good Morning Snoring Solution. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend another $100 but I am so thankful I did. IT REALLY WORKS for me and it is comfortable. I was able to use the gmss last night normally with no pain, so I guess it was just my user error of not cleaning it enough. My one suggestion is that in the directions, suggest cleaning it daily instead of "frequently" because that can mean a lot of different things to different people. Also, When you post my picture, would you crop out/blur my Father-in-Law's face behind me? Thanks!

Thank you thank you thank you. 17 years of snoring, a sleepless spouse,  and one step away from a CPAP, I decided to do some serious research. I cannot believe this little piece of plastic has cured my snorning problem. Yes, the tongue thing feels ridiculous, but I fall asleep almost immediately, sleep like a baby, and awake more rested than I have in years. I wish everyone who snores knew about this little miracle. My doctor can't believe it. I really cannot thank you enough.

I just wanted to let you know how much I love your product!  It worked for me from the very first night though it did take a few weeks to get completely used to wearing it. At first I felt mild discomfort but that eventually faded to no discomfort whatsoever. I'm so glad I found your mouthpiece as I had used one of the kind that holds the lower jaw forward for about 6 years and it caused me all sorts of dental issues, one in particular required surgery to correct.  In the 9 months I've been using your mouthpiece, my teeth that were once loosening and starting to bend forwards, hindering me from closing my jaw have now straightened and tightened back up again. Your product gives me no jaw discomfort or gum irritation like my old mouthpiece and it doesn't even give me the clammy, horrible tasting morning breath that the other one produced either.  Your product costs more than my previous mouthpiece but it is way more comfortable and pleasant to use and lasts significantly longer.

I am writing to let you know how very happy with your product.  I was snoring so much and never getting a good nights sleep (I was desperate).  I have only been using your product for a short while and find it minimally invasive, and easy to use AND IT WORKS.  I was sceptical as I had tried a few other devices which failed miserably for one reason or other, so am "Over the Moon" and very very thankful for your device.  I am passing this knowledge on to friends and family in the hope they can have a restful nights sleep as well.

After a few years of trying to come to a viable conclusion and solution to my snoring problem and ensuing discussions between my wife and I over who is going to leave the bed, I decided to do some research and after carefully considering my options re: the several devices on the market I chose the Good Morning Snore Solutions device.  Although I found it rather expensive ,when one takes into consideration what it consists of, I soon realized that it is worth every penny.  My wife of 37 yrs is enthralled with its results even more so than myself.  After all, I was getting a great sleep because I couldn't hear myself.  After I ordered it, I was able to use it for about 3 weeks and one evening I was unable to find it.  As suspected I discovered later that my dog ate it.  I found it 2 days later after it went through her system.  It didn't look quite the same.  Maybe she enjoyed my snoring and when it stopped because of my Good Night Snore Solution device, she ate it in retaliation.  There is a lot of junk out there but I am very happy with the Good Night Snore Solution device and my wife is delighted.  I would recommend it to everyone and I will do just that.

Just a quick note to say thank you.  Within 2 days of the Good Morning Snore Solution arriving I can say it actually works, my wife can vouch for me as she is now enjoying uninterrupted sleep and I wake up feeling better rested.

While I had high hopes that the Good Morning Snore Solution would be my "portable" snoring savior, for whatever reason my internal snoring apparatus was too powerful for it. Unfortunately, I had to revert to my CPAP, which I don't mind at all. I was looking for a more convenient solution. In the end, I had to return the device. I was a bit nervous because so many times you run into hassles with products such as these. Not this time. John Barrett was amazingly fast when sending along the RMA information (I had trouble finding it online, but that was my fault). Customer service was as good as it gets. I actually volunteered to comment on their excellent service, they didn't even have to ask. Highly recommended, and I hope you have success if you go this route as so many apparently have had.

Statement: I love love love this product! It has completely solved my snoring problem and my husband and I are very happy. We were having problems because of my snoring, and he was sleeping in a separate room, making our lives that much more difficult. This thing works! I’ve been desperate in finding a solution for my snoring because my pregnant wife has been deprived of sleep by it. I tried the acupuncture snore ring but it didn’t help. I was advised to have an operation but at the moment it’s too expensive for me. There were nights where I have to sleep in the guest room to give my wife a better sleep because both of us are working the next day. After seeing this mouthpiece on the internet, I took the risk to try this product even if it would cost more because it’s ordered from the US as the mouthpiece is not yet available in Australia during that time. First night I used the mouthpiece, it was a bit awkward but my wife had a good sleep and didn’t have any complaints in the morning. The succeeding nights, I’m getting used to it. After a week, I didn’t have any problems using the mouthpiece anymore. Thank you for this great product!

I have tried the jaw thrust type mouthpieces but they leave my jaw and lower front teeth very sore.  Out of desperation, I began searching for alternatives and shazaaaam! I found your little miracle!  The true testament of how well this device works is my wife and I now sleep in the same bed!  Thank you!

I had to begin to take medication that must of relaxed my muscles so much

that I developed a snoring problem.  Little did I know, it used to be my

husband that I kicked in the night when he woke me up with his snoring.  So

I tried a few things, went to the dentist and he made me a mouth guard, did

nothing but create a sore jaw.  So I tried Good Morning Snore Solution

after exhaustive research. Voila! It did the trick, just keeping my tongue

I’ve been using a Snore Solution mouthpiece for almost three years. The results have been dramatically awesome. Finally, after years of disruptive sleep, this product has helped me reduce my snoring and increased my quality of sleep. My wife’s sleep quality and happiness factor has dramatically increased as well.

There have been nights when I forget to grab my mouthpiece on my way to bed and once settled in, I realize I need to get up and get it...I’ve grown so used to it being a part of my sleep routine.

We realised early on that my snoring was stopping both of us from sleeping. After a sleep study it was confirmed that I was waking up regularly due to my snoring, and I imagine my wife was too. A doctor suggested a mouthpiece to reduce snoring, so I tried a few but none were as comfortable and effective as the GMSS. Now I depend heavily on my GMSS to help me and my wife sleep. It has greatly reduced my snoring and I feel comfortable in the knowledge that my snoring won't wake the whole house up, especially when we visit friends or travel.

Hi John, i have been using the mouthpiece for quite some time and I am very pleased with it.  I have to admit that it was difficult in the beginning, but I hung in there, and I'm doing fine with it.  It's strange, but it seems to work. 

I would recommend including a case of some sort with it.  I have lost two so far b/c we travel a lot and they get misplaced and they are very expensive! 

Hi, I ordered your snoring device in early October, and received it about a week later. Have been using it since then, for right about two months. My sleep apnea number is 58, pretty high, but a setting of only 7 on the cpap is needed to control it. Not sure what that means. So, without assistance of some kind, I get almost no rem sleep nor what they call slow-wave sleep, and feel like a zombie. I don't want to use a cpap machine, and after reading about side effects of jaw and teeth displacement and soreness problems with the dental mandibular devices, it was either your tongue device or the cpap. Your device has worked very well, and I use it in different ways. Sometimes, not very often, though, I use it as advertised, by placing the outside region between my teeth/gums and inner lip both top and bottom. My problem with using it this way has largely been heavy accumulation of saliva, which has not changed over time. For a while, I was taking the top lip of the device and inserting that part in my mouth, so that my teeth were resting on it. That, however, still doesn't allow breathing through the mouth, so saliva was still building up, plus, when there was congestion from a cold, preventing me from breathing through the nose, I would wake up choking and almost have to rip the device from my mouth. Where I have ended up is by putting both upper and lower lips of your device inside of my mouth so that upper and lower teeth are resting on it. This way, I am able to breathe through my mouth as well as my nose, the tongue is still held in place outside of my mouth, so that it cannot fall back against my throat, and it also helps to control the buildup of saliva in my mouth, as with air going in and out of the mouth area, it dries up a lot of the extra saliva. End result, I can sleep comfortably with the device while it prevents sleep disturbances. This prevention of sleep disturbances has not been verified yet. In about four months, I will be eligible for a second sleep study, and they will hook me up while using your tongue retaining device half the night, and with a cpap half the night set at 7 the other half of the night, and compare the results. For me, the proof is in how I feel when awake. I wake up less and feel much more rested when I awaken. There is little or no need to sleep during the day. I am much more alert on the road, and am more alert overall. I feel better and more in control throughout the day. These things serve as empirical evidence, but it will be nice to see the comparison in a sleep study later on, only wish insurance would cover it now.

I am a 54 year old female Dental Hygienist.  I have been in Dentistry since 1976.  I have had personal experiences with many anti snoring devices as well as multiple night guards for ongoing TMJ issues.
