Clinical Evidence & Research
Clinically Tested. Dentist Developed. FDA Cleared.
Good Morning Snore Solution® (GMSS®) is a tongue-stabilizing mouthpiece that has been clinically tested and shown to be safe and effective for reducing snoring. It is FDA cleared and backed by peer-reviewed clinical research.
What Is the Good Morning Snore Solution®?
Good Morning Snore Solution® is a non-invasive oral device designed to reduce snoring by gently stabilizing the tongue during sleep.
Unlike bulky or uncomfortable alternatives, GMSS® uses a simple, mechanical approach that works with your body's natural anatomy—helping keep the airway open while you sleep.
Developed by a Sleep & Dental Expert
The Good Morning Snore Solution® was developed by Dr. Leslie Dort (DDS, MSc, Dip ABDSM), a respected dentist and sleep researcher based in Calgary, Canada.
Through her clinical practice and research at the University of Calgary, Dr. Dort identified a key cause of snoring:
Her research led to the development of a tongue-stabilization strategy, which became the foundation of the Good Morning Snore Solution®.
Clinical Study Overview
A randomized, controlled, crossover clinical study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of a non-customized tongue retaining device for sleep-disordered breathing.

FDA CLEARED MEDICAL DEVICE
FDA clearance means that the Good Morning Snore Solution mouthpiece has been reviewed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and determined to be safe and effective for its intended use. The FDA 510(k) clearance process requires manufacturers to demonstrate that their device is substantially equivalent to legally marketed devices and meets applicable safety and performance standards.
Clinical Results
Key Findings:
