If you use other oral mouthpieces, like dental “night splint” mouthpieces for teeth grinding, you should consult your dentist before purchase.
Being able to breathe functionally though your nose is very important during use. If you are congested from cold and flu or allergies, and cannot breathe effectively even with use of nasal sprays and decongestants, we suggest you temporarily refrain from using the mouthpiece.

Please note: the Efferdent PowerClean Crystals sample (included with new mouthpieces) contains persulfates, which are a known allergen, and may cause allergic reactions. Symptoms of allergic reaction include irritation, tissue damage, gum tenderness, rash, urticaria, respiratory conditions and hypotension. It is recommended that users who have allergies to persulfates or users who experience any of these symptoms during normal use of the device consider appropriate alternatives to cleaning products that contain persulfates.

Do all clients experience the same suction from the Good Morning Snore Solution Mouthpiece bulb?
If suction seems too high, most will find adding a bit more air to the bulb during placement of the tongue to be more comfortable. If suction seems too low, we suggest adding a small dab of olive oil in the bulb to create a better seal. With a bit of adjustments, and time for the body to become used to the mouthpiece, most users reach what we call the “Goldilocks Zone” where everything is just right, and the Good Morning Snore Solution is both effective and comfortable enough for use all night, every night.
I have sensitive gums and teeth. Is this device right for me?
Can I use this device with a night guard?
Use of this product may cause tooth movement or changes in dental occlusion, gingival or dental soreness, or soreness of the temporomandibular joint. Unfortunately, individuals with advanced periodontal disease are not recommended for use of this product.
Can I use this product in place of my CPAP machine?
Is this device recognized for treatment of sleep apnea?

Our no-risk return policy means you can order the device, try it out, and if you’re not fully satisfied, return it for a full purchase price refund (excluding shipping and handling fees paid at time of purchase). To make a return, simply notify us within 90 days of the date of delivery and ship the product back to us following these easy steps:
1) Send an email to email@example.com requesting your return, along with a brief description of your experience using the device. Please include the email address used at time of purchase, along with your order number.
2) Next, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) along with the address for the Returns Center closest to your geographic location. Please ensure your RMA is clearly displayed on the package before shipment so we can easily identify your package and give you the fastest return processing possible.
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the device.
