Let your mouthpiece soak in a mixture of cold water and a certified cleaning solution for 10 minutes. After soaking, rinse with cold water and allow the mouthpiece to air dry before use.

How to use in 4 easy steps
Step 1: Just before falling asleep, place flange between lips and front teeth or denture or gums if you do notwear your denture during sleep.
Step 2: Squeeze bulb with thumb and first finger while sucking the air out of the bulb.
Step 3: Insert tip of tongue into bulbwhile releasing thumb and finger
Step 4: Relax your tongue
Note: The bulb should protrude from the mouth slightly. It will take practice to swallow without pulling out the tongue.
