Everything you need to know to use your GMSS device safely, comfortably, and effectively.
Snoring is "the act of respiring through the open mouth so that the currents of inspired and expired air cause a vibration of the uvula and soft palate, thus giving rise to a sound more or less harsh." Snoring is a common condition that can affect anyone, although it may be more frequent in men and people carrying extra weight; it also has a tendency to worsen as you age.
Snoring can occur when the flow of air through the mouth and nose is obstructed. Factors include obstructed nasal airways, poor muscle tone in the throat/tongue, bulky throat tissue, or a long soft palate.
Occasional snoring is usually not very serious – it is mostly a nuisance for your bed partner. However, habitual snoring can lead to serious health problems like sleep apnea.
Depending on the cause, you can try to adjust your sleep position, reduce excess weight and decrease alcohol consumption; alternatively you may use an oral appliance like the Good Morning Snore Solution.

The flange sits in front of your teeth and behind your lips. Your upper and lower front teeth should rest gently on the tongue.
Every person is different. If suction is too high, add air. If too low, try a tiny dab of olive oil for seal.
